A roller that works on a tissue line will fail on a PCB line. The positions have different names, the tolerances are different by an order of magnitude, and the thing that kills the roller is different in every one. Our Approach
Buy a roller by dimension and durometer and you have specified maybe a third of what determines whether it holds. What is missing is everything your process actually does to it: the heat it sees, the chemistry it touches, the speed and load it runs under, and the tolerance the product downstream is relying on.
That is why a vendor who can’t name the positions on your line can’t engineer for it either. A cleat roller and a squeegee roller aren’t sizes. They are jobs, each with its own failure mode. We start every conversation from the position and the process, not the part number.

In printed circuit board manufacturing the roller surface is the product. A single imperfection, contamination point, or finish a few RMS out of spec transfers straight to the board. Tolerances here are tighter than almost anywhere in the industry, and a vendor who can’t hold them costs you yield every shift.

In composites and advanced materials processing, the roller’s geometry and surface behavior shape what the line produces. Slightly wrong hardness, slightly wrong finish, drifting tolerance, and it shows up in the material itself. These are tolerance-critical, materials-intensive lines, and they are exactly where in-house compounding earns its keep.

Tissue and towel lines run continuously and are measured in dollars per hour. When a position fails, or wears out faster than it should, you are not replacing a part. You are losing run time and yield. We engineer the specific positions these lines depend on, matched to your speed, temperature, and surface demands, including food-grade and FDA-compliant compounds where the application requires them.

Agricultural equipment runs rollers through abrasion, debris, moisture, and temperature swings that would end a roller engineered for a clean indoor line. The compound is the difference between a season and three. We engineer agricultural rollers for wear life in the conditions they actually run in, for OEM builds and for replacement on equipment already in the field.
