Step One
Tell us what’s going wrong.
Send the basics, along with a drawing, photo, or roller details if you have them. Our team will review it and follow up quickly.
Roller Engineering · Since 1959
When a roller wears out of tolerance, fails in service, or your source disappears, your line stops. And a stopped line is measured in dollars per hour. ABBA engineers the roller as a solution: the right material, the right design, and the tightest tolerances in the industry, proven before you commit.
What we engineer:
ABBA Roller
Tolerance drift, surface defects, the wrong compound for your chemistry or temperature, premature wear. A roller that is off does not stay contained. It shows up as scrap, instability, and unplanned downtime. And the cheapest roller becomes the most expensive one the moment the line stops.
Why ABBA
Your roller is part of a larger process, so that is where we start. We work to understand your line at the application level: the chemistry, temperature, speed, tolerance, and wear behind each position, then engineer the roller around it, drawing on 2,000+ proprietary formulations we own and mill in house. National suppliers bring scale. Local shops bring speed. ABBA brings the combination your line actually needs.

Step One
Send the basics, along with a drawing, photo, or roller details if you have them. Our team will review it and follow up quickly.
Step Two
An ABBA engineer reviews the roller, process conditions, and performance issue to understand what is happening and what needs to improve. When needed, we can support the evaluation with photos, drawings, dimensional details, roller history, or an on-site review.
Step Three
We design the right solution around your application, from material selection and roller construction to approval drawings and final inspection. Every critical tolerance is verified before it ships, so your roller is built to perform when it reaches the line.
A Roller Engineered to your Process, with Every Critical Tolerance Verified Before it Ships.
Our Services
From reverse engineering and application review to load, stress, and design calculations, we engineer each roller around your process requirements and verify critical tolerances before shipment.
A new roller built to your application, with engineering review and approval before we build.

Anchor Story · Anonymized
A global building-materials manufacturer was losing raw material to a roller that was never designed for the job. We reverse-engineered and redesigned it so the process wastes less material on every run, lowering their cost of goods. The redesign pays for itself.

Commitment
Your application is reviewed by engineering, not handed off to a scripted sales process.
Your roller is engineered around your process, not pulled from a catalog.
You review & approve the design before production begins.
Critical tolerances are verified before shipment.
Your drawings and specifications stay protected with NDAs in place as standard.
You receive clear findings and recommendations.
